Welcome to the Paradise Hills HOA Website!

On behalf of The Board of Directors and Residents of Paradise Hills, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our community!

Over the coming months we look forward to meeting you whether it be walking down the streets or at a community activity.

The goal of the Paradise Hills HOA is create the most enjoyable, safe, and community oriented neighborhood on Lookout Mountain.  We are so fortunate to live in a community that appeals to all types of families.

We created this website for Paradise Hills’ homeowners - so you can find everything you need to know about our neighborhood and our community.  Please take time to look around this site for the rules and restrictions, architectural request forms, committee information, neighborhood events, secured neighborhood contact information, forums and more.

The Paradise Hills Homeowner’s Association was officially established in 1981 after many custom homes were built in the area.  However, Paradise Hills has been a thriving community since the 1940’s.  Click on the “Our Info” section of the website to read an informative article about the history of our wonderful community.

The Board for 2019 is as follows:

Britt Gaskell (President)

Dennis Whitmer (Vice President)

Steve Swain (Treasurer)

Jessie Jobe (Secretary)
